Welcome to Teta Hilsdon Stoneware Pottery

It was the curves on a jar.

In 1977, a sophomore in college, I fell hard and fast in love with pottery.

Fast forward… I co-founded Brattleboro Clayworks in 1983, and worked as a professional potter from 1988 to 2002. From 2002-2013 I worked as operations manager at Brattleboro Museum & Art Center , and from 2013-2017 as executive director at In-Sight Photography Project. No, I’m not a photographer, I’m a potter… but a good administrator.

I’m currently in the studio again making pottery, and I’d love to make something lovely to enhance your life.
